The Partner & Client Services department takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries and operational activity and is also responsible for the onboarding of new partners such as Brokers, Asset managers and Custodian Banks. The department is also involved in most of the operational and other strategic projects.

Your responsibilities within the Partner & Client Services department


  • Together with your colleagues you are in charge of the relationship with Belgian and Dutch clients and partners (mainly brokers, asset managers and banks)

  • For all general topics you act as a first point of contact for our sales and partners

  • You will work very closely with all business lines

  • Your role is to take care of all inquiries including the coordination with the involved departments such Legal, Asset controlling, Wealth Planning and Sales

  • AML and Compliance play of course an important role in our international business

  • You participate in projects


Success guaranteed: your desired profile for this role


  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position within the financial industry

  • Deep knowledge of the Belgium LPS market is a clear advantage

  • Perfectly fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken is required. English is a clear additional asset

  • Very strong customer orientation

  • Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Rigorous, structured and reliable work methodology

  • Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility

  • Good knowledge of the Office package


Profil recherché


  • Candidat Senior avec expérience en assurance vie.

  • Libre Prestation de Services.

  • Aptitude en Back-Office mais aussi en Middle Office (relationnel partenaires et clients).
