⚡ We are hiring a lawyer (List IV, II, I) or a jurist, for a highly reputable top-tier and human-sized law firm based in Luxembourg.
⚡ As Senior Associate Corporate M&A with 5-6 years of experience, you will join the M&A team and work closely with the Investment Funds practice, to work on various types of files providing legal advice to a wide range of international and multi-national clients, private equity houses, financial institutions and institutional clients (advising clients in M&A and private equity transactions).
